Shipping
For security purposes, all Superbowl badges ship to a single point-of-contact ("POC") for each agency or department. We will notify you when your order ships, and your department POC will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Please refer to the announcement from your department for the name of your department's POC. If you are still unsure, please contact us for more information.
Orders will be available for pickup with your department's POC according to the following schedule:
Pre-Orders placed before October 16, 2023 -> By December 25, 2023.
Regular Orders placed before November 15, 2023 -> Before Super Bowl week.
Late Orders placed after November 15 -> AFTER Super Bowl Sunday.
Return & Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible within the first 48 hours after your order is placed. After 48 hours, orders cannot be cancelled.
Superbowl LVIII badges cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
Availability
On February 28, 2024, the program will close and Superbowl LVIII badges will not be available again.
Once the program ends each year, the stamping dies used to make the badges are destroyed and the badges can never be made again. The Super Bowl badges from each year are exclusive, limited edition products - available only to participating departments and agencies.
